Announcement

In accordance with the amendment from 01.01.2010 of VAT Act (Dz. U. of 23 November 2009, No. 192, pos. 1504) taxpayer has got additional responsibilities related to the place and character of provided services. The taxpayer (Client) running international activity should determine, including tax status, the place of providing services/ production, the purpose of provided service and the place of VAT withholding. Instytut Techniki Budowalnej (Building Research Institute) imposed an obligation to fill in relevant statement. If the Client does not sign the statement (which is the attachment to the application form for running a certification process and exercising supervision over the certificate; available on ITB website, link: certification of construction products or certification of factory production control) value added tax at the rates valid in Poland will be applied. Taxpayer (Client) determines the choice of the type of statement.

Certification of factory quality control is concerning:

• quality management in the process of building products production

The main elements in the process of factory control certification are:

• in certification process – assessment of factory production control
•  in the process of inspection over certificate :
  • assessment of factory production control,
  • assessment of the way of use of certificate and certification mark during the validity period
     

Reference documents in the process of factory production control are harmonized technical specifications (harmonized standards and European technical approvals).
