Complaints
Making a formal complaint
Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to the following address: skargi@itb.pl or by post to the following address:

Anonymous complaints will not be considered.
The submitted complaint should include the name and surname, name and address (including the code) of the company or, if the submitter is a private person - name, surname and detailed correspondence address. Within 21 calendar days, the Institute will inform the complainant about the method and date of considering the complaint.
However, if the complaint is sent to an e-mail address other than skargi@itb.pl it may occasionally be necessary to extend the time limit.
